酒店前台很熱情親和，提出的問題都能及時解決，去周邊玩都很方便，房間乾淨衞生，採光通風好，性價比很高，樓下就是坡子街太平街五一廣場，橘子洲嶽麓山也很近，離地鐵也近

地理位置絕佳，就在海信廣場對面，從一個黑不溜秋的後廚小巷子走進去，不過別怕，到了大堂正常了。整棟樓有很多的民宿，樓下有大叔看着，也比較安全。
海信廣場和住宿對面都有停車，停車一整天是50塊，沒法，這地理位置都這價。
房間乾淨緊湊，老闆人也很好，記得多要個門卡，方便和隊友分頭行動！性價比高！

1.偏出租屋類型的，有個公共的洗衣機晾衣服的陽台，這個很可以，晚上洗完衣服第二天上午十一點就幹了（衹限夏天是這樣的）有點蚊子，浴室有個蜘蛛，問題也不大老城區是這樣的😂
2.關上窗户的隔音也一般的樣子，浴室有個淋浴凳子，要是有不方便的訂這個還是挺好的

位置: 福緣閣位置不太好找，可以在解放西路（葯房旁小巷子）或是在 坡子街 （常德腸記旁小巷子） 進去有電梯上9樓
環境: 周邊玩樂挺方便 ，坡子街黃興廣場或是看電影去境點都四通八達的，房子衞生整潔，但不要要求太高知足常樂的心態入住的話，你就能感覺到家的感覺。（偶爾出門回來有一條小蟲子，但不影響入住感覺）
**還有就是，如果有隔音要求的話，就是叧找店家了。**
服務: 現在公寓民宿到處都是，這家由登記到入住態度和善，但首先當然你的態度決定的啦👀
整體來説，如果你衹是借宿一宵的，沒有過分要求的，這店價格是值得的。

地鐵站出來直走有個紅綠燈過馬路往海信廣場走就到了，位置沒想到是在很小的巷子裡,沒注意的話根本找不到，就在常德腸子館旁邊的小巷子裡，中間有電梯可以上去，樓下有保安的這個位置去哪都還是很方便的，對面海信廣場裡麪的文和友，出來左手邊直走坡子街拐去五一廣場直走就到了，房間和圖片一樣，隔音比較差，住一兩晚倒是無所謂

老闆非常貼心，看我們帶個小孩推薦了這間。市中心的位置性價比高，本來衹訂了一晚，後面又續住了。除了進樓下大廳的那一小段路不好，其他都挺好。老闆説他們家住的都是遊客，素質都挺高，所以不收按金。已經推薦給朋友啦

老闆給了帶窗户的房間，屋裡比較乾淨。樓下的確相當方便。衹是如果睡眠質量不好的人不太建議。隔條街是個livehouse，哈哈哈，白天比夜裡安靜。另外酒店入口是在一條小巷子裏，打電話給老闆才找到，建議在介紹裏可以加上指示圖。
