I was told that there were no rooms. I waited for an hour and only one room was opened. Another room was made to wait for half an hour. Finally, it was given to a different floor. I spent the whole afternoon in Changsha doing nothing and just waited. We had afternoon tea in the room, except for the coffee machine, which consisted of noodles, porridge, fruits and snacks. There was basically no breakfast. We started eating at 7 o'clock. Except for the freshly cooked noodles, everything else was cold. The service was poor.
