Huatian Properties in Changsha

I stayed at the Huatian Select Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center store), and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of food streets. You can find many local snacks within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. This is a huge plus for travelers who love to explore and try local cuisine. The room was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities, and the check-in process was smooth. The only minor issue was that my room faced the main road, so there was a bit of noise at night, but it was tolerable and didn't disrupt my sleep. If you're sensitive to outside noise, I'd recommend requesting an inner or higher-floor room in advance. Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location and great accessibility to nearby conveniences, making it an ideal base in the Wuyi Square area of Changsha. If I visit Changsha again, especially for its food streets and shopping convenience, this hotel would still be a solid choice.

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price! Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

The hotel is opposite the Helong Stadium. It is very convenient to see the concert and stay at this hotel. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the infield. The layout of the room is a bit special. The sink is in the middle of the room. The shower room is divided into two toilets. The water may leak to the outside floor during the shower. You need to put the towel to absorb water outside. After taking a shower, you must wear clothes in the wet shower room. Because a bunch of doors have come out and have already faced the sink mirror, the design is a bit strange, if you live with a friend, it is not convenient. I want to like the mattress and pillows are comfortable. In terms of service, because I am not used to people having an aunt to clean the room, I have pressed Do Not Disturb for a long time, but every day, an aunt calls to ask if it is really not necessary to clean, and once I was awakened when I was sleeping. This ... I don’t know what the meaning of pressing Do Not Disturb is 😅

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

回到母校中南林業科技大學參加同學聚會，在網上各種搜尋周邊酒店，便宜的看不上貴🉐️又住不起；正納悶住哪裡，結果到攜程旅行網一搜，推薦是新酒店又是本土華天酒店集團旗下的酒店，心想不會差就定了。 設施：反正開始着急😣沒找到大門，居然深藏在一個大院裏，環境那叫一個鳥語花香，客房整體設施比較新無異味；酒店前台小姐姐熱情似火推介紹説酒店有健身房、乒乓球，自助洗衣房之類的配套服務 衞生：本開始擔心客房新裝修會不會有味道，入住後感覺沒有裝修氣味，床品很舒適打掃也很乾凈，也沒有什麼亂七八糟的小卡片之類的。 環境：最**的是諮詢服務員説院內的水塘居然還可以預約休閑垂釣🎣，可惜我沒有搭子一起…所以略…；這哪裡是個華天精選酒店嘛！我同學來酒店找我問我是不是家裡有人幫忙安排的，感覺這個像一個國賓館大院似的，環境真的香。 服務：至於服務方面，給我一個感覺就是有點太熱情奔放接地氣了，主打一個“實在”這到底是湖南知名品牌酒店；小禮品、水果、小吃零食、拿鐵咖啡☕️瞬間感覺被投餵了感覺；嗝……被餵飽。整體感覺還是很奈斯，關鍵是價格真的香，離中南林業科技大學一牆之隔真的很方便，酒店服務出乎預想的好，熱情似火得周到。值得推薦👍

服務：你永遠可以相信老牌大酒店成熟的體系、靠譜的服務、充分的責任心和實實在在的用料。雖然房價不貴200+，但酒店提供的軟硬件服務一點沒省，非常紮實，性價比很高。每晚有歡迎甜點，飲用水充足。早餐大方且量足，無論我們就餐時間早晚去到都管夠，不像有些連鎖品牌摳摳搜搜衹放一點，這家光雞蛋就提供煎、煮、茶葉和養生四種，粉面檔給你裝的滿滿的生怕我們吃不飽😄。員工態度也特別nice，無論哪個崗位是否初次見面都發自內心親切待人，沒有程式化刻意，就是很舒服自然的交流，能感受到他們的工作氛圍應該也很好。 美食：強推酒店美食，五星大廚品質靠譜性價比高。我們一行9人晚餐用了**6-8人套餐不到300元，外加門口外擺打包的鹵菜55元，吃的非常撐味道也好。外擺攤位還有油炸素菜是特色建議嘗試。外擺早餐也推薦，小米粥又香又粘稠用料實在像我自己在家做的，麻球很大很圓，口感香脆油炸程度剛剛好不會焦，大師傅技術過硬是久違的炸的那麼好的麻球了。鹵菜在檔口選好後交給另一側大師傅調味，香菜蒜蓉香油等等配料下的足足的，還可以根據你的喜好調整，我們晚上一頓飯就炫光了。補個小插曲，晚餐遇到一個上門乞討者，餐廳人員很善良給了兩碗米飯和菜，用心打包好送出去了，行動見人品，這家酒店很真誠。 設施：酒店有年份了，裝修設計不新不可避免，但從洗手間能看出在盡最大可能更新完善，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，淋浴間用料好花灑非常舒服，淋浴門密封好沒有大多數酒店普遍存在的漏水問題，馬桶還配了專用清潔噴霧，很滿意。 衞生：房間衞生滿意，看得出是用心的，早餐餐廳乾淨整潔，雖然工作人員不年輕但都主動積極，隨便哪個位子坐都收拾的很及時乾淨，這樣就餐遊客流轉也快，不會出現等候擁堵等 環境：沒有太多花哨東西但舒適實用，例如大廳各處有蠻多座椅方便休息，迎賓茶水備了兩種口味，進門左側很貼心的做了可帶走的便民條，內容全覆蓋本地吃住行玩特別好。房間雖不大但很驚喜的配了香氛擺件。酒店位置好，出門兩側就有大型mall，小吃街和地鐵大巴，背後小街上水果店葯店小超市粉面燒烤選擇多，馬路對面還有火宮殿、新華樓等老牌餐飲和美食街，晚上宵個夜嗦粉吃小龍蝦回來特別方便。酒店位置居中，去五一廣場、橘子洲、嶽麓山、隆平水稻博物館、火車站等都很近，左右逢源。 總結：一家知名老牌酒店，房價200+太良心了，關鍵各項配套服務用料都做的足足的，大師傅們也特別好，人很熱情手藝也好，做的早餐鹵菜都好吃，這次沒來得及吃上的小龍蝦會再找機會來嚐嚐。有年份的建築瑕不掩瑜，配套齊全服務超預期，是家庭出遊性價比高很好的選擇。
