Ramada Properties in Changsha

Great location! It's right by the subway station, just across an underpass. There's a Friendship Store nearby and tons of dining options, from restaurants to small eateries. The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is also just a 10-minute walk away. I've stayed here quite a few times; the rooms are clean, offer good value for money, and the hygiene is excellent. However, I've noticed the front desk service isn't as warm or friendly as it used to be during my previous stays.

I was very satisfied with my room. The front desk staff were very quick with the check-in process. There's a free laundry room and gym on the 16th floor, and the breakfast on the 17th floor was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient, very close to Line 3, which goes directly to Helong Stadium.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the high-speed rail station. The hotel has complete facilities. The room is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable to stay in. The front desk staff are very good. They are very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good with many varieties. The room matched the pictures, and the service was excellent. The hygiene was also good. The front desk upgraded us to a standard king room on the 8th floor. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient. They provided nice snacks, and a robot delivered takeout. When the robot was busy, the front desk allowed delivery drivers to bring orders directly to the room. There's a large market across the street with everything you could need, which is great. Downside: Changsha has a vibrant nightlife, so I often returned to the hotel late and wanted to sleep in the next day. I specifically turned on the 'do not disturb' light. However, on Saturday morning, a cleaning attendant still knocked on the door. I suggest having a physical 'do not disturb' sign to hang on the door as a double-check. On Saturday night, I called the front desk to specifically remind them not to knock the next day. It worked out great; I got to sleep in big time on Sunday.
