I booked this hotel next to the train station to catch an early train the following day. While it's a bit far from the city center, everything else was pretty good. It's also super convenient, just a six-minute walk from the subway exit. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and helpful, and the facilities seemed relatively new. Our family room had a generously sized bed, and the kids absolutely loved the small tent and building block table in the room. The bedding was very comfortable too, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was decent, offering standard fare, but they did have small cakes which the kids enjoyed. The laundry room was equipped with a washer-dryer combo, but I found the drying cycle quite long, almost causing a rush the following morning. It was also a minor inconvenience that there was no laundry basket or bag provided in the room. The complimentary shuttle service was a definite highlight. The driver was exceptionally friendly, and even though the hotel isn't far from the train station, having the shuttle made transfers incredibly convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need to catch an early train.

Very nice stay, no photos taken. First of all, the hygiene is very good. I didn't find any missed cleaning corners. The equipment is relatively new and has a little smell, but the air purifier is also very considerate. The disposable supplies provided are also very useful. The toothbrush is very soft, which surprised me. The room is also very big. In addition, the service is good. Fruits, snacks, black sesame cakes and hawthorns are placed in the room in the evening. They are not cheap snacks. There are 4 bottles of free water every day. There are also free water, cola and other drinks in the small refrigerator. There is also free tea. There is an automatic coffee machine for breakfast, which is very friendly to me who drinks American food. Fresh milk is also provided. In addition, my husband said that the noodles are very delicious, even better than those sold outside. There is also a gym with very new equipment. It’s a good place to exercise after eating. Finally, the location is very good. I originally wanted to find a cost-effective hotel near the subway station. This one is newly renovated and is right next to the subway station. The price is not expensive during the holidays. Other subway entrances are smaller and more expensive. I didn’t do any planning before coming here, but it turned out that this place is close to Sifangping Night Market, a 5-minute walk away. I ate thirty square meters on the first day.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Changsha. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one offers excellent value for money and fantastic service. What impressed me the most was their laundry service. I brought my clothes to the laundry room around 11 PM, and seeing how many items were already there, I figured it would be a long wait, perhaps until the early hours of the morning. An attendant kindly offered for me to just leave my clothes there. She said she would wash them after the other loads were done, mentioning that there would be someone on a later shift specifically for laundry, and I could pick them up the next morning. To my surprise, the next morning I didn't even have to go pick them up myself! The attendant had already washed, dried, and delivered the clothes directly to my room door. 🥰🥰🥰 This service is truly better than what you'd get at a five-star hotel, and it was completely free of charge! A huge thank you to the attendant! 🤩🤩🤩 This alone deserves a solid 5-star rating! 😉 Other aspects were also great. During check-in, they proactively offered a room upgrade, and the room was spotlessly clean. A small but notable detail was the good quality disposable toothbrush. Breakfast was decent, but there's certainly room for improvement. The first photo is of breakfast, and the other two were taken during my outings.

The room was very good. I bought a two-night group purchase package at first, which had already been settled. Then my plan changed and I wanted to cancel it. The front desk customer service was very enthusiastic to help me cancel it and rebook it. They also upgraded the room type for free. Very good review

Hygiene: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a large bathtub. The waiter cleans it promptly and cleanly every day. There are many choices of sheets, quilts and pillows, which are very comfortable. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is good for rest. Facilities: Sofas, recliners, and desks are available to meet various needs, such as playing cards, working, and leisure. There is a swimming pool on the fourth floor, and I swam there once. Service: The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and the time is until 11 o'clock. Various meals are replenished in time. There are good night porridge, small gifts, and milk for free, which is very considerate.

Checking in was quick, and she proactively explained the hotel's facilities and surrounding amenities, making us feel instantly at home. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with the sheets and bedding having a subtle fragrance and no odor at all. The view from the window was also stunning, and it was incredibly relaxing to watch the night sky at night. The most surprising details were the welcome fruit on the table, the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, and the consistent hot water supply, which was the perfect temperature for a shower, washing away a day's fatigue. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was excellent, especially the freshly made noodle soup. The chef's cooking was impeccable, and it was incredibly satisfying. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and surrounded by numerous dining and shopping options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, this was a very good stay and a great value. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The room is not much different from the official picture. The bathroom and toilet are separated and are very convenient to use. The subway exit is the hotel. There are many choices for eating around. Truly excellent! I originally planned to book Ji Hotel, but I saw a recommendation on Xiaohongshu for Yanjian, described as a local Changsha brand with a business focus. My experience after checking in was great, and what truly stood out was their genuine hospitality. They even provided disinfectant, coffee, a clothes drying rack, and mini laundry detergent. The extra-long bathroom vanity was incredibly convenient. Having stayed at the Ji Hotel 5.0 (600 RMB) both before and after this, I felt absolutely no compromise in quality for this 300 RMB stay. P.S. The front desk proactively informed me during check-in that the laundry room was undergoing renovations and was unavailable. If you plan on using it, it's best to call ahead and confirm.
