The front desk was arrogant and said that I always paid 120 yuan for the ticket. So the room ticket only included half of the ticket price. In fact, it was not 30 yuan different, but I didn't know where the waiter's arrogance came from. At the same time, I booked a courtyard room and a lake view room. The lake view room link has a balcony, but the room given only has a window. Isn't this false advertising? The front desk said that there was no way. After complaining, the front desk changed a room. There was a balcony, but the room was only 10 square meters, which did not meet the standards of a fast hotel. The curtains in the shower room were moldy, and the bathroom was super small. There was no way to bathe children. It was very bad.

Because I had nothing to eat, I ordered takeout, but it turned out that the takeout could only be delivered to the front desk. The front desk was at the gate of the scenic spot, which was far away from where I lived. I asked the front desk to deliver it by electric car, but I was told that I could only pick it up myself and wait for us. When the takeaway was picked up by the battery cart, it was all cold!

The service was excellent, beyond expectations. The soundproofing was very good and very quiet. I usually sleep lightly, but I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or the next door. It was great! The hotel is very close to the highway exit and very convenient. I asked the hotel waiter and he said that it was just a small road next to it! The housekeeper was also very friendly, with a good service attitude and very considerate.
