GGuest UserThe room is quite big and nice. It's safe and comfortable to stay in. If I need a humidifier, for example, Zhang Chun worked hard to deliver it to my room. Wu Xia at the front desk also actively sent me mouthwash because I had a tooth pulled recently and needed to pay attention to oral hygiene. He was very thoughtful and very good.

TThesolotravellerLovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one!
Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

RrelaxNext to Changshu Third Ring Road, opposite Wanda, with parking lot in front of the door, convenient to go anywhere. The room is big enough, with floor-to-ceiling windows and smart control. The attitude of the service staff is very good, warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is not bad, but the facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is not very good, and the lighting in the room and corridor is dim.

GGeqian✘One tired evening, I received a special surprise - my birthday cake. However, this is more than just a cake, it is a symbol of the attentive service of the hotel staff, which made me feel extremely warm and caring on this special day of my birthday.
After the staff at Atour learned about my birthday, they took the initiative to contact me and asked me if I wanted them to prepare a birthday cake for me. After confirming my preferences, they promised to do their best to accommodate my needs. I didn't expect that they would go to such great lengths to prepare this special surprise for me. When I returned to the room at night, I saw the birthday cake placed on the table in the room. And attached a blessing card. This small card touched me deeply because it not only represented Yaduo's blessings, but also represented their respect and care for me as a guest.
And that wonderful birthday cake. Later I heard that it was a local private cake, and the hotel staff specially ordered it in advance and rode to the store to buy it. This birthday was one of my most memorable in years because the hotel staff gave it a special meaning.
In addition to the birthday surprise, I was also impressed by Atour's facilities and services. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest every night. Every employee is friendly and welcoming, and no matter what request I made, they tried their best to accommodate it. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff of this hotel. Your warm service, attentive care and warm birthday surprise made me feel the warmth of home on this special day. I hope other hotels can provide guests with such an excellent service experience like you have.

GGuest UserI arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)
