必須五星好評，中途因為房間問題前台給免費升級了房型，很清凈空氣很好，酒店和景區環境都不錯，退房的時候還送了伴手禮，服務員態度也很棒👏滿意的一次居住體驗，下次還會再來～

酒店坐落在神泉穀風景區裏面，環境那叫真的不錯，清晨有清脆鳥啼和蟬鳴把你從夢中喚醒，夜晚會在各種蟲鳴聲中酣然入睡。白天常能看到一羣白鷺在山林間飛翔穿越。半夜出去溜達，還能在草叢中捕獲幾衹亮晶晶的螢火蟲帶回屋😎。
希望酒店在餐飲和其他設施服務上面進一步提高，那就能跟所處環境真正相得益彰。

專門來看螢火蟲的，結果晚上下雨，第2天接着下，失望了。
相比酒店的熱鬧而言，神泉谷景區一副年久失修的樣子，景區7月份開始本來就免門票了，所以也不存在什麼贈送門票。酒店各方面都不錯，環境也很好。但相對這個房價，早餐簡單了，人多了還沒有坐的地方。

酒店超讚，前台小姐姐非常熱情，給孩子升級鳥巢房，意外驚喜！環境無以倫比，在景區內非常安靜優美，小朋友玩樂設施齊全，房間寬敞舒適，非常新！周邊天花板了！以後來貴州還會入住！強烈推薦！

運氣超好，趕上空房的好時機，給我們升級了設施條件最好的房型，雨過天晴的晚上，孩子們終於見到了心心念唸的螢火蟲，白天和晚上的温度相差也不大，這個季節，短袖加長褲就可以應對，終於可以暫時逃脱空調房的壞空氣，在餐廳吃了四頓飯，廚師的手藝不錯，回鍋肉和香辣土豆片很好吃，價格也比較合理，由於只有我們一家人，所以酒店沒有安排自助餐，早飯給我們提供了米線和麪條，煎雞蛋是真的好吃，退房的時候，還送了一袋當地自產的綠殼蛋當作伴手禮，酒店的每個人都很和善與親切，真的有家的味道，離開酒店給他們説拜拜的時候還有點依依不捨，已經強烈安利給身邊的朋友，真的是封神的世外桃源，很喜歡，一定還會再來！

這次親子游，真的很滿意。首先是因為訂的是精靈房，但後來帶着小朋友一家三口入住時發現有些擁擠了。於是我們向酒店提出加費用升級房型的要求——結果前台小姐姐不僅同意免費為我們更換房間類型，還幫我們提升到琉璃房！這裡有個寬敞的露天平台供遊玩觀賞；晚上在那裡享受寧靜時光，運氣好的話還會看到螢火蟲飛舞於水麪之上呢~ 白天的景色更是令人心曠神怡：有山、水和釣魚人在此活動穿梭其間，總體感覺非常滿意
