This trip was for the Zhenhai Naval Port Festival. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, lined with stalls on both sides. Cherry blossoms are everywhere, along with event booths and game areas, making it very lively. The hotel rooms are a good size, and the cleaning is frequent and thorough. There's also a small garden on the 8th floor where you can relax, buy some takeout, and eat there – very relaxing and comfortable.

I came to Zhenhai to see the cherry blossoms. The room was generally clean and in a very convenient location, right next to the cherry blossom night market. However, after sleeping there one night, my lumbar disc herniation flared up the next day. I've never had lumbar disc herniation before. I think it was because the hotel's spring mattress didn't provide much support. People with back problems should definitely be careful. I'm so sad 😢 It was the first time I'd ever called an ambulance; I couldn't walk at all.

I had repeatedly asked Trip.com to confirm the hotel reservation beforehand, as I was worried about not being able to rest properly after landing in the early morning. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that I hadn't checked in on time the previous day and that they had rented out my room. Even though I had booked a large twin room, they said they could only give me a room for one person. We argued for a long time, and since the hotel staff didn't speak any languages ​​other than Korean, it was like we were talking past each other. The lengthy discussion completely disrupted my rest, and even the support Trip.com provided afterward was far from satisfactory. With so many problems even with check-in, everyone should carefully consider whether to choose this hotel and the Trip.com platform.
