AAnonymous UserThe place was exceptionally clean, and the food was decent. The room facilities were all new, and the provided tissues were of good quality, but the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. A few men were playing cards and smoking in the lobby downstairs, which wasn't ideal and disturbed others. The guesthouse does have private rooms for playing cards and mahjong; I'd actually recommend that smokers use those rooms.

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, hygiene is good, and the environment is pleasant. The location is excellent, with a great view of the fireworks over the ancient town from the room. It's very convenient for getting around, being close to the Performing Arts City. You can take a sightseeing bus right downstairs from the hotel to places like the Circus City, Ice and Snow Town, and the Zoo. The service is attentive, and there are even penguins to watch in the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved.

Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the glass which was spotless.
Facilities: The air conditioning was too noisy (even on the lowest fan speed). I couldn't sleep with it on due to the noise, but it was too cold with it off. Everything else was fine.
It was a unique experience having a white tiger downstairs at the hotel. The package included the zoo and skiing, which was convenient, and we also got half-price admission to other scenic spots. Overall, it was a great experience.

GGuest UserOverall, it was clean and comfortable, and we had a dedicated butler who provided excellent service. They gave us useful tips and guides for our outings, which came in handy. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and the butler even specially gifted them a doll and various small presents 🎁 – we're so grateful! 🥹
The hotel is very close to the performing arts complex, just a 5-minute walk away. This was great because we could easily go back to rest if we got tired and then re-enter. Other attractions were only a 3-minute taxi ride away. There's also a free循环 shuttle bus and electric scooters available for rent right outside the hotel, which can get you to places in about 7-8 minutes.

We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Guo Yaping, who answered all our questions and provided us with warm and high-quality services. She helped us a lot and solved the practical issues that we have encountered during our stay. Ms. Jiang Xueli cleaned our room carefully every day, making us feel at home. SStevenqianEnvironment: The surrounding environment is indeed very secluded. There are camping areas and teahouses on the top of the mountain. The hotel has planted golden buds on the mountain, and you can experience the whole process of tea making.
Facilities: There is a lot to say about the facilities. The cabin booked has a swimming pool. Check-in time is 5.3. There are 4 cabins in total. Since I arrived at the hotel to check in at around 6 o'clock that day, I was assigned to room 1105. When I entered the door, I first smelled a very strong smell of damp wood. Secondly, the shade of the tree outside the floor-to-ceiling window facing the bed was very coefficient. The restaurant was in front of the left and the conference room was in front, which was far from the main picture of Ctrip's official website. Let's talk about the swimming pool. There were bugs, insects, leaves in the water, and the water was not full. Let's talk about the hotel's promotion of Dyson hair dryers. The filter was removed. It is understandable that the cleaning lady cleaned the inside of the filter, but in fact there is still a lot of garbage concentrated outside the filter.
Service: 2.5 points for service are given to the shuttle master. He was very enthusiastic to help carry the box, and the shuttle bus was also very fast. On the first night of our stay, due to the above-mentioned facility problems, my girlfriend asked the front desk to clean the pool and change rooms, but the hotel said that all rooms were fully booked and could not be changed, and there was no compensation. This time, I chose the Laiye Twelve Beasts Designer Homestay in Heping Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou. The entire homestay is nestled among tea gardens surrounded by mountains, with a strong sense of design. There are 12 rooms on 3 floors, each named after a Chinese zodiac animal. Each room has a different style, with some offering tranquil views of vegetation by the window and others offering views of green tea mountains. Each room has its own unique charm. This time, my family and I experienced the rat, sheep, ox, and dog staycations. Each staycation gave me a different feeling. The homestay's own sika deer was the children's favorite, and there was also a silver shaded dog named Zongzi that was very friendly to the guests.

The room was quite clean, and the bed in the standard room was large enough for my daughter and me, so one room was just right for our family of three. It was a little pricey during the National Day holiday. It's very close to the ”Most Beautiful Taihu Lake” theater, a two-minute walk away. The only downside is that the room doesn't have a TV stand, making it difficult to store things. Fortunately, we only stayed one night and didn't bring much stuff with us. If we had stayed longer, the room would have been a bit small...
