Anadu Baifu Manor · Songjing

We stayed here with our dog for two days. The hotel is pet-friendly, and we received a generous gift pack upon check-in. Our dog loved the ball! Our housekeepers, Shiqi and Caicai, were fantastic. We absolutely loved the room, the large hot tub, and the sauna were a real plus! The minibar was also well stocked. I especially want to praise their chef. We had one Western meal and two Chinese meals over two days, and not a single dish was bad. The DIY pine cone painting activity at the hotel was also fun. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful in caring for our dog. In contrast, the housekeeper at Olive Manor, who helped us make soapberry bracelets, was completely indifferent and disinterested. We were particularly disappointed when the housekeeper finished cleaning after our extended stay. Our breakfast had been confiscated and left at the door. When we returned, it was infested with insects. Our slippers, bathrobes, and floor towels hadn't been replaced. The water hadn't been replenished, the floor hadn't been mopped, the bedding hadn't been changed, the hot tub hadn't been cleaned, and the hair dryer hadn't been replaced. Even the most basic cleaning standards hadn't been met. We later contacted the housekeeper to have her come back to clean. The housekeeper's attitude was extremely rude, she spoke harshly, and she didn't understand what we were saying. Because of her rude attitude, we didn't want her to come in to clean. When we asked her to leave, she didn't move. She even spoke to another housekeeper at the door in an incomprehensible dialect, which didn't sound very friendly. We deeply regret not recording the conversation immediately. It really dampened our vacation spirit. We hope the hotel will provide more training for the housekeepers and individual housekeepers. The current service really doesn't match the price. The follow-up treatment ended with fruit and a waiver of our 400 yuan pet cleaning fee for two days. Once again, we're disappointed.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view all to itself. It also had a hot tub, sauna, ice maker, and portable TV! Very convenient! Staycation lovers should definitely come here to find some peace and tranquility amidst their busy lives. The breakfast was delicious! Waking up to a hot breakfast in the room was truly a delight. A huge thank you to our housekeeper, Ms. Shiqi, for her impeccable service! She was incredibly attentive and meticulous! We even chatted with her in the group chat before our stay! She was incredibly responsive to every request. Thank you so much! Upon arrival, we received a handwritten card and welcome fruit! Thank you! I'll definitely be back next time!

初次入住Anadu旗下的莊園，對比後最後選擇了松境。入住前的預期是高級名宿，實際感受是私密性極強的villa。環境選址精巧，在一小片寧靜的白阜山谷林中。全封閉式運營模式讓我的體驗感加倍。 白阜共有三棟獨立villa，我們入住當日衹有一户，非常清靜自在。空間設計感強，開放式淋浴、泡池以及桑拿房功能性豐富，房間內的書籍以及配置設備增添了有效的休閑性。床正對落地窗一片松林景象，賞心悦目。 由於身處親密的自然環境，唯一的缺點是房間內很難避免蚊蟲，有一些較大的蟲子在洗手池爬。 配備全程的管家服務和定製餐飲。從辦理入住到退房的整體體驗舒適，服務在國內處於比較高的水準。本次負責的管家momo服務態度禮貌，讓人感受到除了基本服務以外的温暖和親切。之後還會繼續嘗試旗下的其它莊園。謝謝

不開玩笑，這家民宿的設施設備和室內設計，在我住過的所有民宿裏斷層第一，比他家另一家橄欖莊園酒店更棒，工作人員也很温柔負責，非常推薦
