The hotel breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. There are many parent-child activities, but each one only kept us entertained for about an hour before we got bored. The heater in the bathroom was practically useless; it was on for ages but didn't warm up at all, so we were freezing after showers. The hotel staff had good service, and the shuttle bus made getting around very convenient. Overall, it's worth it if you can get a promotional price.

I didn't want to give a bad review. Although we were supposed to check in at 3 o'clock on the first day, the room was not tidied up at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The duty manager also said that the hotel was understaffed, and the headquarters had laid off employees significantly due to losses in the past few months. It was too late for one aunt to clean more than a dozen rooms, and it was impossible to do a good job of hygiene. As for the in-person projects, they were all just a formality, including the bubble battle, where the bubble machine was replaced and a little bubble was sprayed; the animal feeding area included three pigs, most of the sheep, chickens and ducks. The rest are very boring parent-child projects or none at all. It is also very inconvenient to hail a taxi, the service staff are busy and have a bad temper, and the management is irregular. I would rather not come to a store with so many gimmicks like this in the future. I would like to give some advice to all families with children, and travel with caution. Their rooms have been cleaned very slowly recently, and you may be delayed in checking in because there are not enough people to clean them.

The stay was quite satisfactory. The family room was clean and hygienic. The children loved it. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby of the main building. There is a large lawn next to it where children can fly kites. There are many activities in the hotel. It was a very good stay. The butler sailing service was perfect and responsive. I will come again next time

The rooms were fully booked during the May Day holiday. It was a great experience to ride an electric car in the resort. There were many activities, and you could feed the small animals.
