本來是因為這家評分高，才訂的，結果太失望了。按金首頁寫的一百但實際卻是200咱就不説了。房間裏的熱水一點點小根本沒法洗澡最後沒辦法洗了一會越小了根本沒法洗，聯繫商家商家和我説那就是這麼小，最後我離店也沒有修（水流就是視頻裏一樣）。還有就是空調沒有遙控器，商家讓我自己想辦法咱就是説無語麼還PUA我説什麼小孩長者也不冷啥的咋了我買的是帶空調的房間不讓我用?商家讓我自己自適應呢家人們。最後説給我便宜點算了，不能洗澡沒有空調的（便宜十塊）結果非要我五星好評説他酒店好才行這可能麼有問題就是有問題讓我騙別人呢?最後商家也不理人不處理我相信空調和熱水肯定不是剛出問題已經很久了就是不修咱們就是説真的很失望上次住了一個60的民宿沒有空調還能洗澡呢這房間一百多總之這個價位有更好選擇這房間質量這服務這商家太失望了

服務態度很差 剛入住時因為在車上 身份證照片拍的有點模糊 客服直接回復了個這 …… 如果覺得模糊 可以直接説 這個標點符號什麼意思 昨天退房了 今天找戒指時 不知道是不是忘在了房間 就問了問客服 客服直接回復的…… 我很好奇 有的話説一聲 我過去拿 沒有就算了 不先想着解決問題 而是回覆標點符號 是覺的很無語嗎？ 我是説了什麼不合適的話嗎？ 一次又一次發…… 還是覺的兩個女生好欺負呢
