I brought my junior high school baby to the Dinosaur Park on the weekend, and I fully felt the wisdom of choosing this hotel in a very tight time. First of all, the hotel is very close to the Dinosaur Park, just a five-minute walk away; Secondly, this time we chose the executive room, with long tables and lamps all available, which is too suitable for children traveling with learning tasks! The deepest feeling is the design and aesthetics of the entire hotel. I was amazed when I opened the door. I came to the Dinosaur Park so many times. This is the happiest and most satisfying time!

The location of the hotel is particularly good, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very heavily all night, without any external noise interference. The front desk staff was super intimate. When checking in, they took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food and helped upgrade the high-floor rooms. The view was particularly wide. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the fresh ingredients taste great. Next time you come to this city, you must choose here!

11396148****When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The lovely Boca, receptionist told me I was upgraded to a suit. The suit was amazing. 2 rooms and beautiful view of Xintianti park. The breakfast was amazing and I even treated 4 of my friends to sample the delectable cuisine. The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel any higher. It’s the best one stayed in throughout China and further a field. 🥰😁 amazing.

Beautiful location next to 西太湖。Went for a walk in the evening and it was a serene experience. Hotel breakfast spread is good and delicious.

SSumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud.
I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding.
Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful.
The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime.
This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
