This trip with friends to Maoshan Forest World far exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Red Panda Manor Villa, which was incredibly spacious – three of us together felt completely comfortable. The mountain temperature was several degrees cooler than the city, making the summer nights wonderfully refreshing and pleasant. Being able to step right out and explore the forest was perfect for a group vacation. The nighttime 'Night Drifting' experience was stunning. The interplay of lights and water created a vibrant, shimmering river of stars, and my friends were screaming and laughing with joy the whole way. The biggest surprise was encountering red pandas, capybaras, deer, raccoons, and meerkats in the park – their adorable antics instantly cheered everyone up. The butler was super responsive, always there to help whether it was calling a car late at night or asking for directions. This trip really delivered on all fronts: food, accommodation, and fun!

The room was spacious, and there was always a shuttle available for getting around. Whenever we called the front desk for a shuttle, it arrived quickly every time. The hotel is located right within the scenic area, making it very convenient for rafting. The kids also loved the stream trekking, so it's a great place to bring children. The animals in the park are adorable too. The only minor disappointment was on our last night. After night rafting, we returned to our room and found that the key card wouldn't open the door. The hotel sent housekeeping staff to try and open it, and then they called maintenance. The maintenance person had to climb over the door to let us in, and then replaced the battery. However, the problem wasn't resolved that night; they said the key card data was lost and that a specialist would come in the morning. Unfortunately, we checked out early the next morning for our journey home, so we couldn't see the final resolution. I hope the hotel can improve in this area in the future.

We went on a Monday, primarily for the rafting, and luckily, the queues weren't as long as some online reviews suggested. Despite the hot weather, it was an enjoyable trip overall. The hotel is located within the park, and they offer a convenient park-and-ride service to various attractions. The butler was also excellent, very responsive and helpful. We stayed in a tea garden tent room, which had a private space and a spacious balcony in front – very convenient. The only downside was that it got very hot around noon during the summer, and we could feel the bed swaying slightly when walking, but everything else was great. Our whole family was very happy with our hotel choice. Food options within the park aren't extensive, and most eateries close by 8 PM, but the breakfast buffet was quite generous, so we could start our mornings with a full meal.

I've stayed here a few times, and each time in a different room type. This time, the terrace was fantastic! We bought some BBQ and had some 8+1 — nice! Service: As always, the resort is huge, but the shuttle buses are pretty much on-call, so you don't have to walk much, which is great for kids, they don't get too tired!

The room was spotless, and the butler service was incredibly attentive. We could easily request a car anytime we needed to go out. The staff were all very friendly and patient with their service. Being surrounded by so much greenery made the whole experience very relaxing and therapeutic.

The service attitude was excellent; the butler's replies and arrangements were always prompt. The scenic area has an elegant environment, and the activities are perfect for kids. Breakfast was abundant, and surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes in the tea garden tent!

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were also very friendly. When I ran out of toilet paper, I had to call to have some brought over. The rafting was pretty good, the gentle kind.

⭐ Highly recommend! The tea plantation tents at Maoshan Forest World were such a pleasant surprise. Stepping out, you're greeted by endless layers of tea fields, fully immersing you in a rustic, natural atmosphere. The tents are clean and comfy, and the private deck is spacious and relaxing. It's also super friendly for families with kids and pets. Waking up to the scent of tea and the sound of birds, far from the city noise, with such attentive service – it’s the perfect short getaway. I’ll definitely be back for a second visit!

The facilities and services were all excellent, and my baby had a great time. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful, and they arranged a taxi for us super quickly.
