Sheraton Changzhou Xinbei Hotel

Our stay was excellent, and a special thank you to our butler, Evelyn! Her service was professional and thoughtful, responding to our needs promptly, and she was always gentle and attentive. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the facilities were well-maintained. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, just like being at home. Highly recommend this place; we will definitely choose it again on our next visit. And another big thank you to Evelyn for her dedicated service!

When I went to Changzhou Dinosaur Park, the in-park hotel prices soared from 300 to 1500, which I felt was not worth it. So, I chose this Sheraton nearby, which is about a 15-minute drive away. The parking lot is spacious and even has charging stations. The room was excellent and offered great value for money. It was very large, and most importantly, the bed was huge – more than enough space for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably side-by-side. The hotel's front desk called me in advance to ask about any needs, and they even prepared children's toiletries for my two kids beforehand. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel also has a swimming pool, where kids can enjoy playing in the water! ✌️✌️✌️

Stayed at Sheraton Changzhou Fuli during the National Day holiday, and a special thanks to Miranda at the front desk! Even with the large holiday crowd, check-in was still efficient, and she was gentle and polite, answering questions very patiently. The service experience was excellent, highly recommend her! 👍

The room was very clean and tidy, and the kids had a great time playing in the bathtub. It's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping very easy. Breakfast was plentiful, a great stay overall.

The hotel is a bit old, but overall it's well-maintained. The lobby and public areas are grand, and the hygiene is excellent. However, there are two points that were disappointing: 1) Some facility details need repair and maintenance. For example, a panel under the bathtub (likely for pipes) wasn't properly closed, and it pinched our child's finger. Also, the overhead shower in the shower room didn't work, and the handheld shower couldn't stay on its holder (the water pressure was too strong, causing it to spray upwards), so we had to hold it the entire time. 2) The noodle station at breakfast was a major letdown. We couldn't get any noodles for two consecutive days. On the first day, the chef told us to come back in two minutes. When we went back, not only were there no noodles, but the chef was gone. Another chef suggested someone else might have taken them. On the second day, we went after two minutes, and the chef said they hadn't started cooking yet. Two minutes later, still no noodles, and the chef was nowhere to be found again.

## Facilities This is an established five-star hotel, and its facilities are well-maintained. The bed in the room was very soft and comfortable for sleeping. The gym is quite large, and the equipment is generally sufficient for a good workout. ## Cleanliness The cleanliness was excellent; the room was spotless. ## Environment It meets five-star hotel standards, though the soundproofing is a minor issue. There was some noise from people walking and talking outside the door at night. ## Service I have to give the service full marks. From check-in to dining in the executive lounge, the ladies who assisted me were all incredibly nice, always smiling and sweet. When I asked for a straw for my Coke, and they didn't have any in the lounge, one of them even offered me one from her personal supply. This customer-first attitude truly deserves praise. ## Food Honestly, there's room for improvement here. The executive lounge didn't have a huge selection, but it was enough to fill up – and hey, you can't expect a Mercedes for free! To be fair, the freshly made noodles were quite tasty. The buffet breakfast had a wider variety, with most essentials covered. The made-to-order pancakes and beef dumplings were good, and I also tried the local Changzhou specialties like sesame cakes and tofu soup. ## Location The hotel's location is truly excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Taking a taxi to the high-speed train station, Dinosaur Park, or Qingguo Lane generally takes less than 15 minutes. This was a key reason I chose the Sheraton Changzhou. ## Overall I'd give 5 stars for location, environment, and service. My only wish is that the food quality could be improved a bit. 😊 I'll definitely be back next time. It was a great choice for a weekend getaway from Shanghai. Oh, one more thing: disposable razors weren't provided. Luckily, I brought my own electric one. Whether guests use them or not, I suggest having disposable razors available in the bathroom.

The hotel's hardware seems decent, but the service (software) is a major letdown. I had a terrible night's sleep. The air conditioning made a buzzing sound, especially annoying when it was quiet at night – it wasn't loud, but the frequency was really jarring. I definitely won't be staying here again. On the other hand, the two temples in Changzhou are quite nice, so I'd recommend visitors find a different hotel to stay at.

I chose Sheraton Changzhou Fulixuan for my stay, and everything was fantastic. The overall decor is upscale, and the room was clean and odor-free. Rachel provided meticulous service, making the check-in process smooth. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel room was quite nice and spacious, with a cozy layout and bright, comfortable lighting. The bathroom was also large and well-lit, with a generous counter space, making it easy to put things down. The kitchenette area in the room for boiling water was also big. In short, there was plenty of space for everything. Breakfast offered a good variety, although some dishes weren't very tasty. There were no hosts to seat guests. When my car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were two people standing there, but no one offered to open the door or help with luggage. For a five-star national hotel, this is quite surprising. The front desk staff who checked me in also lacked smiles. The hotel didn't even provide shower caps; I had to call daily to get one, which was quite inconvenient. However, the attendant who delivered them was very kind and quick, and deserves commendation.
