"Manager Mark was very kind and helpful. (Thank you so much Mark)We found a cockroach in the bathroom of our first room, so we asked to change rooms. He showed us a few options and helped us move to a relatively clean room. I’d recommend this place for people with a car who are used to staying at motels."

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We were not thrilled with the smell, humidity/heat inside, the ants, trash in the hallways, broken ice machine/printer/TV, nasty carpet, etc., but we dealt with it. However, my daughter left her VERY important, large stuffy in the room and when I returned to get it from lost and found they didn’t have it. I came back and requested to look at the lobby and hallway footage with the manager, which did prove that we didn’t leave with the large stuffy, which was too big to fit in her bag, and it was 100% left in the room. Now, basically the final response we’ve received is that it must have vanished into thin air 🤷🏻‍♂️. We’ve had to endure a broken heart, lots of tears, and sleepless nights because of the carelessness of staff at this hotel 💔. The really sad thing is that if I had access to all the footage I would be able to figure out what happened to this beloved stuffy, but this seems to be too much of an ask. Something is fishy about all this, and I’m guessing there is something they don’t want me to see/know from the footage. Please stay somewhere else."
