Stayed for one night for a business trip. The hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, making it easy to sleep. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is well located, close to the train station, restaurants, the center, a green area for walks as well as the castle.
The staff is friendly and responsive.
The only negative point is that I find it a shame that the shower is separated by a curtain instead of being in a cabin and that the bathroom is quite cold because it has tiled floors.
The comfort of the room is good (bedding, heating, cleanliness).

The hotel is located not far from the station but relatively far from the castle. The prices are reasonable but the equipment of the rooms does not really meet the criteria of a 4 ☆. Still, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Very varied and good breakfast. No mini bar, washcloths, oversized TV.

Great location for Chantilly and trains into Paris
Lovely clean hotel, well located for Chantilly and train station, very friendly staff especially reception lady when we booked in and Aloise in the restaurant fro breakfast, good breakfast also

Perfect stay, amazing service!
The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. A huge compliment for the staff! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel! Thank you

The photos were very deceiving. We thought we were staying in a historic hotel but it turned out to be just an ordinary best western. The room was small and the pillows were hard

Great hotel, about a 20 min walk to the chateau and race course. Friendly staff and excellent location, close to plenty of great resturants.
