"It's a short drive from the highway. The hotel has just opened, but the TV and soundproofing are a bit annoying. The price is really not right. It is recommended to provide a room with a meal voucher for single occupancy. The hotel front desk suggested that friends come to dine. How can local friends come from outsiders?"

Qingmu Platinum Hotel (Anderle Building, Dongfeng Road, Chaohu)

"The room was clean and tidy, with a stylish decor. I was quite satisfied with the trip. The whole place was also smart enough; the curtains, lights, air conditioning, and TV could all be voice-controlled. There was also a lake view. The only downside was that we went to bed late. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 am, and by 9:30 am the staff had already started clearing away the remaining breakfast items. Of course, breakfast ends at 9:30 am, so it's normal that they were clearing away the leftovers. However, it felt a bit impersonal, as we were still eating; it felt like they were rushing us. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it''s quite convenient close to Hefei. Verry good option for relaxing during the weekends, specially because of the many pools. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the staff is nice. Even though needed renovation, I would definitely go back. My husband forgot his jeans at the hotel and Roger kindly has sent us by express and even hasn't charge me. The hotel really delights customers with this kind of attitude. Thank you to all the staff~~~"

"The environment is clean and tidy, the staff are very good, and there's lush vegetation with many bird species, making it a natural oxygen bar — perfect for a stroll. The hot springs are at a comfortable temperature and well-equipped. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, though."

"This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short."

Kaju Platinum Hotel (Chaohu Oriental New World Branch)

"1. Hot water in the room is extremely slow, taking about 10 minutes to get hot water. 2. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, and their problem-solving skills were average. 3. The breakfast selection was limited; even basic items like wontons were unavailable. 4. On the positive side, the facilities were complete, with smart home control throughout the room and a smart toilet. The environment was decent, and the room space was acceptable. If the above issues were addressed, it would be a commendable experience."
