If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Coming to Chaozhou for the first time to check out the suitability for family travel. The hotel’s service is superb and the team always makes you feel welcome, from arrival to departure. They make sure they are connected with you on WeChat or mobile, so that you can contact them whenever and wherever (which is good for introverts who prefer not to speak face to face). The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. It is walkable to 西马路，牌坊街，开元寺，广济桥 around 15-20min walk, but of course, you can take Didi or one of the trishaws outside the hotel. Even though it is not luxurious, what I love about this hotel is that I can leave without dirty clothes, because they offer dry cleaning services for unlimited pieces of clothing, once per day (till 22:00).

Very new, rooms have smart assistant that turns in lighter, TV, opens curtains etc. Front desk very friendly. Breakfast selection is OK, but they are always out of forks and knives. If you can't use chopsticks you need to be very lucky to get forks and knives.

A chain hotel relatively close to Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station. My hometown is in the village and has been in disrepair for a long time. I choose this Vienna restaurant every time I come back. The room was great and the stay was comfortable. The surrounding area is relatively desolate, and since it coincides with the winter solstice, not many nearby restaurants are open. The breakfast variety is okay, including fried noodles, fried rice, vegetables, and freshly boiled kway teow soup.

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk was very helpful and considerate. The weather has turned cold recently and they even brought us girls brown sugar ginger tea to warm us up! There are also many places to eat and delicious dishes around the hotel ~ The hotel is about two kilometers away from the ancient city. Because the public transportation in Chaozhou is not very developed, it is recommended to use a shared electric car or take a taxi to travel. You can also walk along Xinqiao Road to the ancient city. There are many places to eat on the roadside, so it is recommended to walk there. Later, because the bed and bath were comfortable enough, and I wanted to eat local white porridge snacks, I stayed one more night. You can go to the Fengchun white porridge to try it, it’s delicious! By the way, the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is simple but not simple, so get up early and eat it. Overall, it was a relatively satisfying trip.

A little bit: The decoration of this room type is pretty good. We live in Building 1. It is neither new nor old. The location is okay. It's easy to take a taxi. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. There are more options for eating at night. The space for storing luggage at the door is well designed, and it is also convenient to hang clothes. Disadvantages: The bathroom is a bit cramped, especially the location of the toilet. The smart toilet seat and electric curtains are not working. I didn't feel that the two pillows were very comfortable. Although the waiters worked hard, they should not shout to each other loudly when cleaning the room, which would affect their rest. Especially next to the work room, it would be a nightmare to sleep in in the morning. Hope it improves. Generally speaking, I am basically satisfied with staying here in Chaozhou. It is cost-effective and I recommend it if you choose the room type.

The check in by staff too slow n not professional. When check as foreigner they had to do manually input info . Halfway she said asked me to wait n to serve local clients instead . I got angry n told me it should be in proper qué way. They claimed foreigner passport too complicated to fill up if they are new staff but the experience staff should come n help . The check in was totally too long even later it was finished in 15 mins. Local clients with children forcing them to do their first but staff should uphold priority come first for who come first.
