Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They even help me to follow up with my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located inside Chaozhou oldtown, dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. Take note this hotel is located inside the old town, may need to walk to main road for didi. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the relaxing lounge areas to the private villa facilities with massage chair and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

This homestay really surprised me! First of all, the location is great. The surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful, which is very suitable for relaxing. The decoration style of the homestay is very distinctive, the room design is very warm, the details are well handled, and it is very comfortable to live in. In terms of service, the staff is very enthusiastic and makes people feel at home from check-in to check-out. They also kindly recommended interesting places and delicious food in the surrounding area, which really helped me a lot! If I come to Chaozhou again in the future, I will definitely choose here!

The location is fantastic; it's easy to walk everywhere. The room was very stylish, and the toiletries provided were excellent, making for a pleasant shower experience. Everything was great except for the fact that cars can't pull up directly in front of the hotel. If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's not an issue at all.

Facilities: The automatic luggage conveyor was interesting and convenient. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Convenient for getting around. It's about a ten-minute walk to Kaiyuan Temple, and taxis are easily accessible. There are many dining options downstairs, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including the specialty Xikou Braised Goose. Service: Decent. When I showered past 11 PM, I found the shower gel was empty. I was told to get it myself, which showed a lot of trust in the guests. Before check-in, I was given the address and parking information. Upon arrival, we were offered tea, which was very welcoming. I was quite satisfied staying at this cozy little guesthouse in the heart of the old town.

The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. I especially loved the smart toilet and high-definition projector. Plus, there are free Hanfu outfits available to wear for photos at nearby attractions, which really enhanced the experience. The service was excellent, and they provided detailed travel and food guides. Five stars!

The courtyard is elegant, a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city, evoking a sense of ”living in a human world, yet free from the clamor of traffic.” The owner was very welcoming and attentive, recommending authentic and reasonably priced restaurants and providing sightseeing tips that saved us time and trouble. The room was clean, with a minimalist and stylish interior design. The amenities and facilities were all new, and the bathroom was smart, with separate wet and dry areas.

I was a bit busy back, and now I have time to say a few words. The proprietress was a warm person. She went back to the room on the first night. Because of her body, she needed mineral water. She was not familiar with the side and didn't find the supermarket. The proprietress gave me the 5-liter Nongfu Spring first to solve my urgent need. Every morning, I will ask if we need to clean the room? Knowing that I need water, I will put two more bottles of water in the room every day. Although the cockroaches are small details, they are very warm. In the lobby, you can see Hanjiang Bridge and Taifo Palace. The water is very beautiful. It is a little expensive to travel during the holiday, but the most important thing is to go out smoothly, and it is worth it.

I booked this room specifically because it had a balcony. Brewing a pot of good tea on the balcony after checking in was incredibly pleasant. The tea served in the room was also excellent; the owner explained it was authentic local Phoenix Dancong tea. The room's light color scheme was very comfortable, making it easy to relax, enjoy tea and food, and experience the slow pace of life in Chaozhou.
