Chao Chang Hui Qiu Homestay (Chaozhou Ancient City Paifang Street Branch) offers a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and its central location on Paifang Street made it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it; it's a trustworthy choice.

Great location within the old city, very close to Guangji Bridge and Paifang Street. The service was excellent; they recommended good transportation options, routes, and many local snack shops!

Very friendly owner and staff. You can get help from them on places to visit and eatery. You need to walk 50m as road is not accessible by car. This homestay location is all in walking distant to most attraction area and eatery. I stay at level 1(ground floor) with 2 separate beds, room is a bit small but manageable, as it is right next to reception area hence don't expect to be super quiet during busy time. They provide disposable tower and toiletry. They also provide EV scooter on rent. In summary, it is value for money.

couldn’t complain more about their hospitality, the receptionist “小苏” and another one (maybe the boss) both are very helpful and nice. They recommended us some places for good food and always welcome us with the local Chinese tea. Rooms are decent comes with electronic toilet bowl, strategic location near all the tourist spots, all good and definitely will visit again.

For its location and the exceptionally friendly and warm welcome I received during my stay, this place is not only value for money but also a place where I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. Mr Su and team made sure I knew how to navigate the alleys and streets to get around while providing me with information on attractions and food. I especially like staying in an alley where it's quiet and yet the main alley with all the local shops selling produce and snacks is just around the corner. The locals live and shop in this less touristy part of the old town. Thank you Mr Su for upgrading me to a bigger room when it was available the next day. The water pressure on the third floor is strong with plenty of hot water. The auto flush toilet with seat warmer was also good to have. The air-conditioner is also strong enough to cool the room quickly. The disposable face and bath towels provided are thin. For those who are not used to using disposable towels, bring your own towels.

Good services and the hotel is located in Tianhe area.

The service was very good. I had a super large suitcase, and the front desk took the initiative to help me carry it when I went in and out. They also recommended a lot of places to eat and play. The most important thing is that it is very close to the attractions. Very convenient! But it is not noisy when sleeping! Five-star praise!

Convenient transportation, good service and clean rooms. Carefully introduce local attractions and delicious shops to guests. Awesome! The food at the restaurant I recommend is really good, cheap and authentic (photo included)!
