Homeinn Plus Hotel (Chaozhou People's Square)

This hotel's private parking is super convenient. The facilities are brand new, and the breakfast is delicious. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Chaozhou Ancient City, or you can easily get there by electric scooter. The hotel is very quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend staying here; it's much better than hotels near the ancient city.

The hotel's location is superb, close to the ancient city and Paifang Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and they patiently recommended local delicacies and travel tips. The facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money. My overall experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chaozhou – you won't be disappointed!

The room was very clean and warm, just as expected. The environment was quiet, and the location was pretty good, not far from the city center. It was a thoughtful touch that I could see the availability of the washing machine and dryer on the first floor from my room.

While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was enough to fill you up, and the restaurant staff were also very enthusiastic. They even have freshly ground coffee! I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I have the chance!

There are many places to eat nearby, but traffic gets really bad at night, making it hard to get a taxi. Chaozhou is great for electric scooters. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. My booking didn't include breakfast, and it was supposed to be 38 yuan for an extra person, but they only charged 19 yuan per person. For 19 yuan, the breakfast in Chaozhou is quite good value. There aren't many good breakfast options close by, so it's probably better to book a room with breakfast included.

Overall, it was quite good. The room was relatively new and very clean. The front desk staff were super enthusiastic and even prepared a list of recommended local eateries. The Aqin Beef they suggested was really good. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces, and there are charging stations available too. However, the elevators were a real pain to wait for; they're very small and often overloaded. At night, the KTVs nearby were a bit noisy, and I'm not sure if it was because of a holiday event, but the front desk helped by calling to complain and coordinating with the community to resolve it.
