房間很乾凈，古色古香的，在古城裡住體驗感很好，也不吵鬧，附近有很多當地小吃可以吃，挺不錯，會推薦給朋友

全程自助入住，小姐姐服務很細緻，還提供遊玩攻略，房間三面玻璃，很有特色，房間配套也很全，總之住着蠻舒適的，如果有機會來古城，考慮再次預訂。

地段非常優秀，出門走幾步就能到牌坊街，一點都不吵，非常安靜，剛巧碰上了潮州大降温，玻璃浴缸房冷但是泡泡澡、喝喝茶也很贊👍🏾
房東的攻略也超全👍🏾
每天睜眼就是出門吃吃吃，潮州一極棒👍🏾

今天一覺醒來，就發現自己身邊同背面壓住好多小螞蟻，真係好恐怖，未試過訓訓下有螞蟻。隔音很差，只要有人在出面說話，就可以聽到哂。所謂的留雲空間，感覺上就係潛建的房間，位於1和2樓之間

環境很復古，服務也很到位，還有一個茶室是公用的，自主入住，有部分設施應定期檢查，比如電插座，花灑，窗簾等，還是挺不錯的😍

位置：尚雅居的位置攜程無明確，就在文香腸粉旁邊。位置絕佳，在牌坊街中，近西馬路（食街）
衞生：對民宿本來就期望不大，但是搞衞生的阿姨是真偷懶，廚房無人煮飯，但是總要進去接水煮吧，臟的我都接受不到，麻將粘手的，俺兒子一個個擦乾淨才能玩
小插曲：暖陽房門把手壞的（衹能裏面開），結果第二天早上外出把門關了就開不到門，電話給管家讓處理，9點多到14點都無人處理這個問題。管家全程沒有過來看什麼回事（其實拿備用鑰匙就能解決），後來再電話管家追，她直接讓房東過來處理。解決問題後房東也很不好意思送了甘草水果。
這樣一個管理團隊也就意義不大，衞生無檢查，遇事應變差，關鍵是真懶！
把細節做好了，這個位置的房子真的不愁租
