Vienna Hotel (Chaozhou Chaoshan High-speed ​​Railway Station)

On a business trip, the hotel was clean, hygienic, and tidy. It's very close to the high-speed train station, and you can even book a pick-up/drop-off service in advance. There are plenty of dining options nearby too, like kway teow, Chaoshan hotpot, and lamb hotpot.

The room was excellent, definitely worth it, great value for money, I loved it! The front desk staff were very friendly and gentle, the hotel's location is also superb, parking is very convenient, and the room was very clean.

The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the hygiene is spotless with no overlooked corners. The environment is truly memorable, and the staff are professional and attentive. I'm quite satisfied; it's really good.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The staff were thoughtful and responsible, always quick to respond to any requests, and even helped us arrange快递 (express delivery), which was a huge relief. The room was clean, and all the toiletries were complimentary. It was really considerate that we could contact the front desk 24/7 for anything we needed.

Close to the high-speed rail station with shuttle service, and the room was spacious. However, the smoke smell was severe. I didn't realize it upon check-in, but this room reeked of smoke. If you don't smoke, I recommend asking beforehand.

The hotpot downstairs was delicious and very affordable. Two adults and two kids ate for less than 200 yuan. Breakfast was just okay, and the staff seemed a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room had a very old-fashioned feel, suitable for parents. Service: There's a shuttle service to and from the station, but if you miss the 9 AM shuttle, you have to wait until 10 AM. The hotel only has one vehicle. It's best to book your departure shuttle in advance.
