What I like about this homestay is its convenient location. The environment of it is not bad as well but the service isn’t quite as good as I expected. It’s not well-cleaned I should say, and the water comes out of the shower head was too hot 🤣and seemed no way to make it cooler.

In Paifang Street, all the attractions are close. But it was too noisy. The room had old-style glass windows and large cracks in the door, so it was not soundproofed inside and out. Talking, children making noise, many motorcycles were driven all night (the Chaozhou people mostly use motorcycles to travel). The sheets must have not been changed, they are all gray, stained, and the surface is fluffy. No matter the objective factors, but at least the cleaning products should be done.

酒店就在牌坊街裏面，出個門口就到了很方便，這點挺好。因為早到了想先放一下包出去逛輕鬆點，服務員小哥也挺好的給辦理了入住和寄存，房間還沒打掃好九就沒進去了。等晚上九點左右回到，找到房間的時候讓我愣住了，房間門是開着的關着燈，看着門牌數字和那些字，很懷疑是不是住的房間，關上門測試了一下確定是就進去開燈關上門，難道他們打掃完就這麼開着門？？？進房間後大致環境還算乾淨，不過對於我這種有點細節控的，雖然電視現在人都不看了，但保持乾淨無塵是應該的吧～床單上有污點和碎髮，打掃有些不細心咯~還好自帶了一次性床單被罩蓋上，忍了！洗漱間大致看還好，細看牆壁有些黴點點，還是可以洗乾淨的，最無語的是馬桶是有些壞，還沒用幾次就無法沖水了！這差不多一百五一晚的價格，説便宜嘛也不算最便宜，之所以沒找茬是不想找麻煩吧，畢竟是我選的，將就一下~沒給很低分，是知道民宿也不容易，希望後面改進一下吧～

位置極佳，就在古城牌坊街靠前的位置，作為遊覽古城的起點特別方便。從潮汕站過來的k2公交車站走到這裏也不到十分鐘。舊騎樓改建的，很有味道，頂層還有可以遠眺古城的天台。也是因為舊房子改建的，隔音不理想。隔壁住小孩或者打呼嚕的就很恐怖。空調好像沒法制熱，恰巧趕上當地最冷的日子，挺受罪
