民宿其實各方面都很不錯，地點不錯第一次住西湖邊上，離中山路很近，牌坊街走10分鐘。
可能是因為房間是我用積分兑換的特價房，所以我定的房間顯示部分沒窗，入住時果真沒窗，我發現當天同個房型有窗的房間是空置的。因為沒窗完全沒有空氣，一家三口住的非常悶！孩子一直問能不能回家無法呼吸。體驗感很差。
