This is a great hotel! It's clean, parking is convenient, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are attentive and helpful, and it's in a really convenient location with lots of good restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend it!

We stayed in a business king room this time, which was significantly larger than standard rooms, and the overall cleanliness was quite good. However, there's one major flaw: the in-room phone didn't work. So, I essentially had to use my own mobile phone to call the front desk, which is something I've never experienced in any hotel I've stayed at before. Another issue was the excessively hot water. The shower handle allowed for temperature adjustment, but no matter how much I tried to change it, the water remained consistently hot – hot enough that after about ten seconds, it started to feel scalding. For a comfortable hotel, this equipment management is undoubtedly a big problem. The front desk service was quite good; they were flexible in handling our requests (such as check-in/check-out times). The manager also had a good attitude and addressed issues promptly.

The building is new and well-maintained, there's parking available, and it's very quiet. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The room is quite spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. It's also close to the old town, and you can easily grab an electric scooter downstairs to get around. L!fe Hotel is a chain, which makes it more trustworthy.

The twin room was quite spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast, and the service was excellent. Parking was very convenient. I stayed for two days, and the location was superb, making it easy to find places to eat.

The hotel was newly renovated in jan 2025 after 10 years. Although it is a non- smoking hotel, it allows smoking as an ash tray is offered in the room. The corridor outside the rooms also offered bins for the cigarettes. At times, the cigarette smell will flow inside my room. My room had a pretty bad smell that contained food, unfortunately. The room had a purifier but the smell was stubborn even though the window was opened to air, and the refresher was sprayed. The security for the hotel was not tight, the card scanning system in the lift was not in use. The food delivery was allowed to send your order to your room so you have to make sure your room number was included in your order.

Location 2-3 Km from ancient town but walking distance to peoples plaza which is as crowded as ancient town. Local foods plenty around and a cafe across the road open late morning. Low noise level...sound sleep. Service staff are friendly and helpful especially the security outside lobby, helped to unload and load my luggage. Room is comfortable and clean promtly except no fridge in the room... especially the weather is hot, fortunately the convenience store just next to hotel.

The hygiene was poor (there was hair and a lot of lint on the bed; the air conditioner panel was covered in fingerprints). The front desk staff were also rude, deducting our number for every little thing. We asked to change rooms, but even talking to the housekeeper didn't work, so they just refunded us (they only looked at one room before criticizing us, and it was through the earphones). It was absolutely terrible, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You'd think it was a 100 RMB per night place, and other hotels are probably better. In the end, the manager apologized, and we were almost done with it! But then, when I went back to listen to music at 45% volume, I was complained about. Okay, I lowered it to 30%, and I was still complained about. The housekeeper said we shouldn't play music at night because it was disturbing the neighbors. I ask you, did I turn it up to 100%? Don't I have the right to use the services I paid for in my paid room? In the twin room, you can't hear the music at all near the window, and you can't hear it outside either. When I went to shower, I could only hear the noise, and they said it was noisy. The video recording was louder than the music. The experience was extremely bad. Such a big hotel only has one elevator, and we had to fight with the housekeepers for a ride. I just stayed in Jiangxi in July and was extremely satisfied. I don't even know what I experienced here. The receptionist said that it was different from Lavande Hotel and had different levels, but when I asked her what those were, she couldn't say. She asked us to return the room key to her, and after agreeing, she told us to go downstairs to get it ourselves. When we came down, she said we misunderstood her and that she didn't mean it that way...

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and it was close to everywhere. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and the rice noodle rolls and beef noodles she recommended nearby were delicious!

The lobby staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room, gave us a small gift, and the room was clean and tidy with relatively new facilities. The environment was elegant, and the price was reasonable. It's definitely worth a visit.
