Hansi Xihu Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City Paifang Street)

An ideal place to stay for a trip to Chaozhou! The hotel is right next to West Lake Park, perfect for an immersive experience of local life with an early morning stroll through the market. The air around is fresh and pleasant, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city. It's within walking distance to several attractions, including Zhenhai Tower, and the delicious Arong Claypot Porridge is also nearby. The front desk service is warm and attentive. In the afternoons, there are Guzheng performances in the lobby, and self-service floral teas are plentiful. They also recommend attractions and local eateries, and offer complimentary guided tours and Hanfu rentals. Room size is quite generous, with all amenities provided. The solid wood furniture exudes an elegant style, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making for a wonderfully pleasant stay. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful, offering enthusiastic service with a smile throughout. The hotel also provides laundry service; the hotel staff will come to your room to pick up and deliver clothes, and even fold them neatly after washing.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Zhongshan Road and directly facing West Lake, making the surroundings pleasant and comfortable. While the room wasn't huge, it was decorated quite tastefully. Downstairs, they offer several Chaozhou specialty teas that are delicious, and they even provide a sweet soup at night, which is a lovely touch. The front desk service was friendly and attentive; they even gave us recommendations for local food and attractions, which was incredibly helpful.

This hotel is right across from Chaozhou West Lake Park, which is a lively area surrounded by residential neighborhoods, giving it a very authentic local vibe. It's a great place to stay. The room is decorated very warmly and is very clean. The toilet is semi-smart, making it super convenient to use. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and all the amenities were complete. There's even a beautiful mural on the wall, showing that the room and its facilities were thoughtfully prepared.

The room is spacious, bright, and well-lit, with complete facilities and excellent cleanliness. The mattress is comfortable, and attention to detail is evident. The front desk service was fantastic; the food and attraction guide provided during check-in was very useful and helped us avoid any disappointments. Parking is convenient for self-driving guests. Although it's a partner parking lot and quite small, if there are no spots available, you can leave your keys with the front desk, and staff will park your car once a space opens up. This way, you don't have to worry about parking while you're out enjoying your day.

This hotel is right by the main entrance of Chaozhou West Lake Park, which makes getting around incredibly convenient! My stay this time was excellent! The hotel is very clean, and the environment is quiet. In the mornings, I could even walk across to the park and soak in the local atmosphere. They provide sleep aids for guests, which helps you adjust to a new environment. The staff were all very friendly towards guests~
