White Swan Properties in Chaozhou

I was so pleased with my stay at the Yuyu Hotel during my trip to Chaozhou! The room was simple yet cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The hotel also had comprehensive amenities, including a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast was plentiful, offering authentic local cuisine. The front desk service was friendly, and the trip was incredibly hassle-free. I'll definitely be back!

Service: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. 👍 Environment: A stylish and trendy hotel, perfect for Instagram photos. 🏨 Hygiene: Spotlessly clean. Facilities: The smart home features were a bit finicky. At night, the toilet would often auto-flush and open its lid even when no one was around. The lights also had a sound sensor, turning on with any noise when I was trying to sleep. Furthermore, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were constantly knocked off by the shower hose and were difficult to dispense. These are areas that definitely need improvement. Facilities (positive aspects): On the positive side, the bathtub was excellent, complete with disposable bath liners and bath salts. Disposable toilet seat covers and other small amenities showed great attention to detail. Environment (positive aspects): It was also lovely to enjoy a drink and moonlight on the rooftop in the evening. Both the room and balcony were very spacious, as was the bathroom. The toilet was pristine, with no odd stains, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards. Environment (location): The hotel's location within a pedestrian street was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. However, parking outside the hotel proved to be a major inconvenience. Service (overall impression): I specifically chose this hotel because of the White Swan brand, and overall, I had a very positive experience. 👍
