Sleep ruined by constant banging and opening of door rooms and young men talking loudly and going into each others there rooms .
They need to have a night manager as I eventually lost my temper at 11.30
Pm on a Monday night . Walls were also very thin .

I've stayed here before....very convenient location with several food options nearby. Clean, neat, but no air conditioning. It was quite warm outside and no fan. That said, they take late night reservationvd which

Bit of a shocker. -mouldy ceiling tiles in the hall -have to force the door to close it -heating in the room doesn’t work -shower soap dispenser empty and not refilled -tap in bathroom constantly leaks -tv broken and remotes missing batteries and covers -breakfast… what breakfast more like, no coffee, cereal but no milk. Some crusty pastries. that was is literally it…. I’m not normally one to be a Karen about these things but I have literally slept in Vietnamese hostels with better standards, by a long way. Gave it a 2/10 as there’s a pretty decent bar/restaurant over the road Au Bureau. Also free parking.

Hôtel à fuir ! C'est une honte d'oser louer des qui ne ressemblent absolument pas aux photos ! Moisissure sur les fenêtres ! Fenêtres cassées qui restent ouvertes ! Ménage non fait ! Pour le petit déjeuner à 7h30, il n'y avait plus rien ; quand on a demandé pour en avoir à nouveau, la personne à l'accueil a réagi comme si on la dérangeait ! Le personnel de l'accueil est lamentable et hautain. Je n'en resterai pas là pour obtenir un remboursement intégral ! Un signalement à la répression des fraudes sera fait !

On y était au 5 ème étage on revient et réservation déjà faite pour le 22 déc 2025, de passage oubliez pas de bien me réserver la même chambre comme prévu Mr MONTAGNON. Merci au responsable de nus avoir confirmé cela mais nous vous recontacterons pour y relancer si besoin
