"This hotels exterior belies the truth about this hotel. The owner is simply fantastic , and never have we stayed at a hotel where the owner goes above and beyond the call of duty.Sridi Abdeltiv runs a wonderful ship. The facilities are beautiful , the bedrooms wonderful, good mattresses and the place is simply immaculate. After Ryan air had dumped us at Brussells city airport 3 hours late, after taxis had stopped, buses stopped we had to catch a train to Charleroi Airport. Taxi stand was in a dark , scary corner. We rang the hotel and asked for help to order a taxi, 3 mins later it arrived and he even told us we should pay no more tha $25 euros for the taxi. He waited up, gave us a cup of tea, woke us 4 -5 hours later and took us to airport,. We could not speak highly enough of Sridi, his operation and the extremely convenient location Price was exceelent too Well done Sridi"
