Was given a room already occupied! Then when complained left waiting with our luggage while staff on the phone!

First we observed cob webs in all the corners of the room. While we were sleeping we had bugs on us. I took pictures.

I have stayed in this hotel many times but its definitely made a turn for the worse. Its now a construction worker hotel. It is so loud. I didnt get a decent nights sleep any night i was there. I seriously doubt that i will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice surprise with many options. Highly recommend.

It was clean, but our door didn't have a seal and there were people that started their vehicle's and you could smell the exhaust

Property is very dated. Doors to room do not shut well and are difficult to lock. Clientele is mostly construction workers that leave 5 am and are very noisy - as the doors to the room are not tight. Also all the doors face outside. Not desirable for security. Hotel is on a very busy road and can be difficult to get out of, depending on which direction you are driving

Bathroom was clean however we were only left with two bath towels and two hand towels. The bedspread was cringe worthy and we took it off the bed; the rest of the bedding was clean. The fitted sheet didn’t quite fit the mattress right so the corners kept slipping off which was a bit annoying. There was a drunken fight outside our room on our final night which ended with a woman screaming that she was calling 911. The very best part of our stay was the wonderful woman that attended to the breakfast; she was so friendly and we enjoyed her company along with breakfast. She educated us on the area and gave us directions to a couple of cemeteries that were amazing. She’s the absolute best!

Rooms are out dated. Ours had a musty odor. Water pressure for shower was almost nonexistent. Took a long time for water to get hot. We were on ground floor and while the door would lock it did not seem secure. Outside light could be seen around the door and even when deadbolt was locked door could be moved back and forth.

Booked a king, received a double, showing its age, very thin walls, could hear guest above us walking around.
