The location is excellent. We stay in the suites and they were due for an upgrade five years ago.

Room and facility very clean. Parking convenient. Staff was very considerate - we arrived early and were given a room.

The property has a nice view of the river. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The property did not have hot water for 24 hours while we were there. We had to take cold showers before going to a family event. Also, they have an indoor pool but it is not heated, or well maintained.

There were no grab bars or non-skid mat in the shower. Sheraton should fix this. I had to repeatedly get on the floor and crawl under a table to access a power outlet to charge my devices. That’s not easy for me to do anymore. I was disappointed that dinner wasn’t available at the bar on weekends. When I have eaten there before, it was better than the restaurant in back. The staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you.

All staff were very nice and accommodating. However the facilities are tired and need refreshing. It is conveniently located with easy walking distance to most places.

I stayed here years ago after their renovation. Nothing has been done since then. The whole place is in terrible condition. The furniture is old and chipped. The carpet is dingy. The water in the bathtub takes forever to drain. Spend your money elsewhere.

Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was.
