THE SPACE The Sunflower Suite is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom historic home in the heart of downtown Charleston, perfect for groups of four. You’ll enter the property through the home’s front entrance, where you’ll step into a foyer that feeds into the open living, dining, and kitchen. In the main living space, a comfortable seating area faces one of the home’s original fireplaces and a large flat screen TV. French doors line the wall from the living room into the kitchen, and open onto the first-floor piazza, a hallmark of Charleston architecture. Stepping into the adjacent kitchen, you’ll find a fully equipped space with stainless steel appliances as well as another original fireplace, centering this as the hearth of the home. The eat in kitchen also includes a dining table with seating for four. Head upstairs to find the space’s two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed, exposed brick fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and claw foot bathtub. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a clawfoot tub, and a vanity area, perfect for getting ready to hit the town. Both the first floor and second floor piazzas are for your private use and include dining and seating areas to make the most of Charleston’s lovely weather and offer a great space to plan out your day and evening activities. There is dedicated off street parking in the back of the property, however it is a tight driveway and may be unsuitable for large trucks or SUVs. Permit Number: 04374 GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
