For the reasonable cost of this hotel it was excellent. What made this stay for us was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beverly went above and beyond for us. The only downside was the heater wasn’t working in the pool but things happen that are unexpected.

I love staying at the Home2suites specially the Lawrenceville & Charlotte airport locations but not this one. My booking here was a last minute decision, I couldn't get a reservation somewhere else (Easter sunday). It's one of the dirtiest hotels. I don't know why the Hilton Company allows this establishment to carry their name.(see pictures) . Hallway carpet was very dark dirty . Walls peeling off. . Room had a moisture smell to it . A/C unit dirty . Cabinet outdated . Rusty knobbs and hinges . Ice machine so dusty . Fingerprints all over the kitchen equipment . Floor tiles dirty: dark grout . Hair in the shower . The smell of the "smok" ing in the hallway . Breakfast service horrible: waited for coffee for 10min when I asked the front desk agent she started complaining about other people not doing their job . Limited options to choose from My advice is to book somewhere else . It's not worth it even the low price.

Hotel staff was professional and helpful they assisted us with a early check in when arriving earlier than expected. Breakfast could have been a little better but overall the staff was helpful when needed the room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable as well.

Staff is super nice and helpful- a couple issues with checkin were rectified quickly. Rooms are big and good for staying.

We wenr ro Charlotte for hubby's birthday weekend getaway. The first room had a smell in it and the door would not close easily,we switch rooms. The second room was much better and fresh. However the carpet was stained. The silver elevator doors are not clean. The complimentary coffee stays cold. But since we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel it was okay. The staff is very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre.

Although the room and property as a whole was good we will never stay at this location again. There weee police and ambulances surrounding a nearby Circle K across the street from the Chilis we chose to go to for dinner. There had been a stabbing and robbery and come to find out from some locals this is a common occurrence in this area. Did not feel safe and won’t stay there n this area again

Great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Different varieties for all. Clean rooms. Very spacious with kitchen included. Grill and alot of outside seating . Staff super friendly and helpful

The room was immaculate the staff was impeccable everybody was nice and courteous even gave me some ideas or places to go in the area I really enjoyed my stay

Ive stayed here alot over the years and i can see the decline. How unfortunate!
