Have to change rooms due to non-functional items, refrigerator, door lock, phone. Charged for everything, service is not available after 11:00 p.m., no assistance with luggage and needed valet parking do to location. Probably a good hotel for the business traveler and younger people. My final room was clean and comfortable. It's just the whole experience was lukewarm and very expensive for me.

Nice hotel located right in the middle of things in Uptown Charlotte. They don’t seem to have a service for delivering items like a tooth brush to your room, and don’t have as many amenities, like a robe, as some other hotels. The staff is friendly and attentive and the price is reasonable.

I would definitely recommend Double Tree Hotel anytime. The customer service is always great and the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Oh yeah, keep the cookies coming lol
