Our second relaxing stay in this exceptional hotel.
The place is very charming, the staff welcoming and you can access the La Gruyère baths directly through a tunnel which passes under the hotel.

Incredible staff, from reception to restaurant waiters. This was my birthday and a little gift was waiting for me in my room I definitely recommend this hotel which is the essence of what Swiss hospitality is truly about! Bravo team Hotel Cailler and thank you for everything!

Clean hotel close to the charmey public baths, which are spacious, but average for a spa experience. In the restaurant you may order a la carte, or compose your food on the buffet. Watch out that you do not taste from your partners’ dishes from the buffet, you might get intercepted by the head waiter informing you about an extra charge he must apply. Insulting and unprofessional service. Overall 5 star pricing for 4 star amenities. Govto the swiss german hotel -spas for a better experience.

Even if I’m a regular customer and i came here multiple time, waitress and hôtel manager have been very rude with us. I will not come again to be threaten again like this. I do not recommend this hotel as it does not deserve 4 stars, even more in Switzerland.

Hôtel à la hauteur du lieu et du panorama. Accès direct aux bains. Accueil au top et chambre totalement incroyable. Je recommande ce lieu pour votre séjour dans la région. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. Le prix reste correct pour ce genre d’endroit

Superbe buffet !! Belle surprise avec les choix d’entrées froides. Un grand merci aussi au cuisinier Ricardo pour son accueil super pro et chaleureux !! Les bains sont très relaxants.... C’est un endroit où l’on va sans doute revenir.....
