"- Regarding the service, they say you can check in at 12 PM, but there's no one at the front desk. This is the second time we've stayed here, and both times we've had to wait outside and call the number on the door to get in and access our room. Compared to our last visit, this time they were repainting the doors while we were present. They left our door open for an entire afternoon to air it out, even though all our belongings were inside. Otherwise, the staff are very pleasant and polite! - As for the room, it was prepared and clean, ready to welcome guests, so that was impeccable. They changed the bathroom mat every day! So that was perfect!"

"We spent one night in this hotel and it was a terrible experience. The heating was not working at all, while the outside temperature was below zero. Cold air was blowing directly from the air-conditioning unit, making the room freezing and extremely noisy. The night was unbearable. When we reported the issue to the staff, we specifically asked whether this was normal. We were told that the heating system simply needed time to warm up. We left for dinner and came back more than an hour later, only to find the room still just as cold. Had we been informed from the beginning that the heating would not work properly, we would have changed hotels immediately. Unfortunately, by the time we returned after dinner, it was too late to find another hotel, especially with a young child. Considering the price we paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. No solution was offered, and despite requesting a refund or at least a commercial gesture, nothing was done. This was our first time staying in a B&B Hotels property, and it will also be the last. I will never stay in a B&B Hotels again."

"Friendly service and nicely furnished. The comfortable and large patio in front makes for a great entrance. Our room was really nice, maybe a little small and the shower was small but we had prepaid on a special rate. There are variations on the rooms, I am sure. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and it was great to eat right at the hotel after a long day of touring around."

"A very pleasant surprise. The location is next to Chartres station for quick access to the trains (but it is not noisy). The town is also compact, so walking to the main attractions such as the Chartres cathedral is only 5-10 minutes away, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and well-furnished. In my room, there was a small kitchenette for self-catering. Hair dryer was also provided in the room. There were two staff members (one in the morning and afternoon), who spoke excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. Their attitude was no different than that of the staff members of a 5-star hotel."

"Our 3rd visit to this hotel and we hope to be back in 2026. It is very central, just a short walk from the Place des Épars and onward to the chic shopping streets and the cathedral. On site car parking (payable, needs reserving) is available - satnav is recommended to get to the hotel. Rooms are quiet and well appointed and very affordable for such a location. Reception is always warm and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with a good choice and really excellent bread, pastries, jams (home made) and butter, etc. Sadly we have always been at the weekend when the restaurant is closed, but there are many alternatives."

"Very nice deluxe Maison d’Hôtes in the city center of Chartres. All city high lights and restaurants at a walking distance. Breakfast was well organized and could be enjoyed at any time in the morning. Room but specially the bathroom was very spacious and well utilized. Only downside is the lack of private parking and busy public parking on the roads around the Maison."

"This place is really special. Elegant and stylish with clever attention to detail. Valerie was very helpful with our requests and Marthe was on hand but discrete. I recommend you have the breakfast boxes. Our room overlooked the most beautiful garden. We did not want to leave. Highly recommended."
