We stayed at MB Gallery Chatan by The Terrace Hotels for our first family trip abroad with our toddler. Because we were anxious parents travelling with our child for the first time, we have had to make several requests such as having necessities shipped to the hotel before our arrival, requesting for a crib, high chair and a diaper bin for the room etc. MB Gallery Chatan has been very accommodating and provided everything we have requested for. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the kitchenette area in room we stayed at proved to be very useful.
We also had a rental car, there is ample free parking right at the entrance of the hotel. We also saw some EV charger parking spots available.
One thing to note however, is that the rooms do get quite noisy at night. There is room for improvement in terms of soundproofing. The hotel is situated near American Village, so you may hear the sounds of cars/motorcycles zooming past in the middle of the night. The room also gets very bright when the sun comes out, so if you like to sleep in or are sensitive to light it's something to be mindful of. Otherwise it was an overall pleasant stay!
