When we made the reservation, the receptionist spoke about "economic" room but i never thought that and economic room ment the horrible conditions we found. the room was full of humidity, there was no electric plugne near to the bed, just one in the other side of the room, we have to move the bed to plug the machine that my husband uses to bread, in the morning it was a nightmare to take a shower, the water had no pressure and it was impossible to controle the temperature of the water. In the end when we complain about the conditions of the room, the receptionist just told us that she said that it was and economic room.... well i dont know the rest of the hotel but if you ever thing about booking and "economic room" at this hotel, please think twice.

Woke up to smell of bread cooking each morning - wonderful. Excellent hotel, nice staff, very clean, good continental breakfast including freshly baked bread/croissants etc. Room small, but with all amenities, over looking beach, from small balcony. Pity all beach’s in area have no dogs rule May to September. Close many restaurants. Has some larger rooms on 2nd floor, well worth the extra €10 per night.

Hôtel de charme, face à l’océan. Vue au large sur l’île d’Aix et Fort Boyard. Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et très sympathique, se met à la disposition des clients. Balcon vitré vue sur l’océan très appréciable pour admirer les couchers du soleil. Décoré avec goût. Petits déjeuners pris dans un joli cadre vue sur l’océan. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse les pieds dans le sable car fermée en mars. Merci pour tout, dépaysement garanti et très bon séjour.

Hôtel très bien situé face a l océan et le long du boulevard de la mer, très bon accueil et lieu propre avec une facilité pour se garer à cette époque de l année. A proximité de nombreux restaurants permettent de trouver facilement un endroit pour manger

Nous avons tester la paillote sur la plage en soirée, service déplorable attente plus longue pour recevoir du saucisson que nos cocktails, obligé de relancé le serveur qui ne savait même pas notre commande ( c’est pas la même personne qui avait pris notre commande ) et pour l’encaissement encore une autre personne ( d’une amabilité inexistante) et qui ne sait même pas les différents mode d’encaissement que l’établissement propose. À ce demander s’ils ont été embauché non pas pour leur compétences mais uniquement par manque de personnel. Point positif : pouvoir savourer le cocktail pied dans le sable.

Всего 1 ночь в этом месте, но какое удовольствие. Курорт для своих, никого из иностранцев кроме французов из разных регионов Франции. Это не Лазурный берег с его галечными пляжами и высокой загрузкой. Широкий песчаный пляж, с сильными отливами в первой половине дня. Вода в океане совсем не теплая, но это вполне ожидаемо, зато очень приятно Номер у нас семейный-сдвоенный был на 1 этаже с видом на океан и собственным балконом. Постель удобная с чистыми простынями. Полотенца тоже чистые и ванная хорошо убрана. Выдают специальные пляжные полотенца, что тоже большой плюс. Завтрак континентальный стандартный, как во всей Франции, стоит около 8 евро, но перекусить можно. Мы забыли футболку в номере, так эти замечательные люди нам ее отправили домой! Это было очень мило с их стороны, так позаботиться. Было очень приятно! Парковку рядом найти не просто, мы парковались на соседней улице, на второй линии, в 5 минут ходьбы от отеля. В шаговой доступности несколько ресторанчиков со свежими устрицами и другими морепродуктами. Можно остановиться на пару ночей легко, вам понравится.

Nous avons quitté cet hôtel hier avec un peu de nostalgie, nous avons passé 3 nuits dans une jolie chambre face à la mer où nous avons pu profiter des superbes couchers de soleil depuis le balcon avec des coulissants ce qui est un plus et qui fait que nous étions au calme, Nous avons eu un excellent accueil très bonne literie et très bon petit déjeuner copieux le plus les restaurants et le centre ville tout proches tout peut se faire à pied nous avons pu nous garer pratiquement devant l'hotel, ce qui est très bien nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! surtout que nous avons adoré Châtelaillon

Un hôtel familial absolument charmant, avec un accueil d’une bienveillance et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelles ! Idéalement situé face à l’océan, il offre des chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées. Mention spéciale pour le balcon, équipé d’une table et de chaises, et agrémenté d’une touche déco adorable : il est fermé par des fenêtres qu’on peut ouvrir sur l’extérieur, avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Nous sommes conquis à 100 % ! Cet établissement est désormais notre adresse incontournable à Châtel !
