Disgusting having young girls at the age of 18 run a full hotel with no other staff when serious offences was being made !!!

This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience, exceeding all expectations. The comfortable accommodations and modern amenities made for a relaxing stay. The staff's attentiveness and friendly service were remarkable. From the delicious breakfast to the convenient location, every aspect was well thought out. I recently stayed here for three days on a business trip and couldn’t have asked for any more. The staff were super helpful from check in until we checked out. The rooms were spotless and well stocked with coffee and tea. Would recommend and no hesitation to stay again on any trips back down.

The hotel is in a great location, particularly if you are visiting The Historic Dockyard. The receptionist upgraded the second room for us so that my adult children did not have to share a double bed.

Always return to the chatham branch as definitely have the most helpful staff, really relaxing and friendly atmosphere too. Rooms always exceptionally clean. Always feel extremely welcome when returning and nothing ever seems too much for the staff to help with. Even had a manager help me with my bags at one point

After a 7 hour drive, arriving late tired and very hungry had a friendly welcome by Lacie who then took the time to download a take away app and helped me order some food proper old school customer service you rarely see these days. Room was fine. Nice view and comfy bed

Staff and accommodation was good.Room was clean and staff friendly. Would not have the breakfast again, Hot food was awful. Clearly very cheap produce, Hash browns and sausages burnt. Eggs over cooked.Shame really as overall this is a lovely hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time last week had a comfortable 2 nights stay although the room wasn't cleaned but it wasn't a big issue
