"Treated my parents to a meal at the Cross Keys this evening.. 4 adults, a teenager and a 4 year old. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food (cooked by the lovely Anne) was perfect for what we needed on the hottest day of the year so far. Large portions but able to take a doggy bag home. So many options on the menu, a lot better than the standard 'pub grub' you get used to seeing in other similar establishments. Professional, friendly staff too. Such a lovely meal on a Monday evening. Highly recommended."

"It was a great place to stay. Cozy and was close to.my event with Progressive Property, less than 5 miles. Other attendees were staying there. Good enough for the price. Will consider staying here if I am coming to Peterborough again."

"Room was really clean and breakfast was great.. room lighting can be better though, room is a bit gloomy. Only accessible by car / taxi and no convenience stores around the area. I ordered food in the bar for dinner and when I asked if it can be delivered to my room, the reception guy asked for my room number and then said they can’t but when the waiter gave me the food on my table he asked if I want to take take it to my room and gave me a tray. When I passed the bar holding my food, I heard the reception guy said to the waiter “you gave her a tray? it would be a long walk” (it isn’t really coz my room is close to the reception) — so the reason he said they can’t deliver it to my room was apparently because it would be a long walk (disappointing). Other than that, my stay served it’s purpose."

"the staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the amenities and bed are excellent. the bathroom and WC are clean despite being shared by many. however this is not suitable for those who haven’t tried bunk bed before. you might be disturbed easily as you are sharing room with others, and the ceiling is not soundproof. overall i like this stay very much."
