Excellent location on the river and walkable to everything in town. The hotel has an old world charm to it. All its staff from reception to dining to bellboy were extremely alert and on the ball. The general manager made his rounds during breakfast to make sure guests were happy. Reception took care of our tours and onwards transportation. Thank you !

Hotel location was great. This is easily the best commercial hotel option in Chau Doc. Dining area for breakfast was very warm though. Hotel should look into the AC especially since we are experiencing a heat wave.

The staff are friendly and promptly. We were served with a welcome when arrived. The breakfast is nice and staff are helpful. The location is excellent. The room’s river view is fantastic.

Located at the intersection of 3 rivers, the view of Hau River is very beautiful, especially in the morning watching the sunrise on the river surface The room has an ancient, clean and comfortable look. The staff is very enthusiastic Breakfast is not diverse but delicious, mainly European dishes and some local dishes such as fish noodles, pho, palm cake, ... the coffee is very delicious Minus point: the hotel is old so the equipment is a bit old! Recommend booking a room with a river view

Very good stay experience, great environment, swimming pool, riverside, and leisure. It is suitable for business, travel, and family. The hotel facilities are also complete.

I love the view from the rooms at this hotel. I asked the motorbike taxi driver that I wanted to go to Tan Chau and see the Flame Tree, and he made sure to convey that to me. Thank you very much.

Magnificent hotel. Perfect location for us who arrived by boat and left the same way. The view is superb. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Mekong. The staff arranged for us to have a room early in the morning given our arrival time. The servers were lovely even though I was sick. In short, flawless.

Staff lacks smiles; Restaurant service lacks flexibility even though the service is extremely inconsistent, unreasonable, and generally not worthy of the 5-star title and room price; The TV is tiny compared to the distance from the bed and table to watch, like it's "for show". Overall, extremely disappointed in this return!

We stayed 1 night at the Victoria Chau Doc Hotel. We took a room overlooking the river to see the sunrise. That's wonderful. The bedding is excellent. The breakfast is not exceptional but the terrace overlooking the river makes up for it. We still prefer the warmth of small homestays

Convenient location near Chau Giang ferry terminal, only 5 minutes by motorbike from Chau Doc market. Clean, spacious room, rich and delicious breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. fabulous location , Comfortable room, nice view, good food very helpful and attentive staff ,their service was over my expectation, would reccomend to any one - I really hope to come back here one day Thank you

This hotel is in a lovely position with great views over the water. We visited as part of a tour and only stayed for one night I would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was nice with a pleasant view and I enjoyed swimming in the pool after a long day of travelling.
