"Today, I was given the very best service from Dawa at the Mountain View Lodge in Lukla. On my way home after a 6 week expedition on the mountains, I needed a way back to Kathmandu urgently. Dawa spent the entire morning, carrying my expedition duffels to secure flight to Kathmandu. When weather changed, he arranged immediate refund and ran down to the helipad to secure me a discounted, shared heli to Kathmandu. "Newly built hotel in Tengboche, nice wood materials, with all necessities. The electric blankets were very useful. Wonderful and healthy breakfast included. The manager was very attentive and helpful. But lack of hangers in the room and the bathroom."
