Обычно отзывы не пишу, но, прочитав плохие отзывы, все таки решила написать!!! Мы были приглашены как гости нашими родственниками. Поэтому поехали туда несмотря на эти отзывы. Прекрасный отель, вежливый персонал (кроме одной администраторши) в спа очень комфортно, вода приятная, сауна и хамам работали на 5. Мы жили в 6 домике, чистенько, постельное белье пахнет приятно, все отглажено, все ванные принадлежности были, все работает исправно в доме. Мы заехали были прохладно, попросили прибавить нам тепло, быстро все это сделали. В ресторан мы не ходили, так как все привезли собой, но супчик и кашу ребёнку все таки купила и было вкусненько. Вообщем, нам все понравилось. На вкус и цвет как говорится…

A fully decent hotel. True, a little ”tired,” but quite corresponding 3***. Chosen by criteria: closeness to the center, breakfast - the sheet table, free protected parking and , of course, adequate price. Everything is. Parking on a closed area under the cameras. The embankment is about 1 km from the central street. Breakfast is very good for 3***. From pancakes and cheese to salads and hot dishes. All fresh and delicious. Furniture in a cafe on the 1st floor. The rooms themselves, as I understood, are located on the 4th and 5th (mansard) floors of the business center building. There is an elevator up to 4th. So I chose the business class number, which should not be on the mansard. On arrival we were free to ”increase” the class of the room to VIP. At least 50 m2, 2 rooms, 2 s/u, jacuzzi, rest area. Thank you! As they say, the horse in the teeth is not looked at. But all should warn: This room is just on the 5th floor with mansard windows and broken 2nd TV. And if it's ”VIP,” then the lack of a refrigerator, a tea station, a safe and welcome water is a problem. The comfort for us is just from these facilities, not depending on the size of the room. Perhaps that's why this room didn't make the right impression. Sweaters, slippers and a good choice of soap-market, to the honor of the hotel, were present. Conclusion: It's a normal 3 with adequate prices that can be recommended to everyone, Who doesn't expect the ”VIP” numbers to match the name or something stunning. We were ready. Russia is all like everywhere. Or almost everywhere..

Stopped in the hotel with 20-22.09.19 The room is clean, comfortable for 1 person 3 towels + personal hygiene (soap, shampoo, shower gel, tooth set). The room was cleaned daily. The cleaner came to us in the morning (there was not 9 hours yet). I went to the room without knocking and with the words ”Ooh” (seeing we were still in bed) came out. This fact, of course, we didn't like, because before entering the room, the staff of the hotel should knock. Breakfast Swedish table + menu (5 or 6 hot dishes). Breakfast is satisfactory. But! If you leave early, you will not have breakfast (we left at 6:50 and breakfast could not be provided to us).

Чисто, удобно, мини-цивилизация отельная:) Не понравилось, что нет доставки из бара и ресторана в номер - почувствовала себя плохо и хотела заказать чай в номер. Пришлось с плохим самочувствием спускаться и ждать. Меню бара и ресторана, кстати, в номере тоже отсутствовало, не было возможности ознакомиться, не заходя в интернет для самостоятельного поиска. Также из недостатков на такие случаи - отсутствие минимальной аптечки на весь отель. Можно попросить градусник, спуститься за ним, а потом с температурой спускаться вниз его возвращать и ехать в поисках аптеки. Уж набор минимум для аптечки быть должен, хоть один на весь отель. Поэтому ставлю минус баллы за обслуживание и сервис.

We stayed with the family in the luxurious room. We traveled a lot and were in different hotels, but this outperformed all our expectations! Located in the center of the hotel.In the room clean, comfortable, comfortable bed with a soft mattress and comfortable pillows. Every day, change towels and hygiene(there is even a razor and a urine)The tea-coffee set was regularly filled. The tea-coffee is in the room, on the floor of the cooler. Delicious breakfast: two types of cash, cheese, pancakes, eggs, omlet, vegetables-fruit, sausage-cheese cut, coffee from coffee machine, varied cakes.Staff polite, cheerful, sensitive to any request.
