We had Sunday lunch at this hotel and seem to be teh first to review the restaurant - we cannot speak for the rooms. A rather stylised building with plenty of parking and a large dining room. The menu also looked large but is bulked up by the most detailed nutritional breakdown for dishes that I have ever seen! The food quality was good to very good, however. We had Ciorba de burta, chicken livers, tochitura and pancakes, with campari, water, a beer, tuica and a coffee. Waiter service was exemplary and professonal, explaining where necessary. Cost was fine too (€50 total for the three of us). Whatever the quality of the hotel, this is certainly a place where one can get a good lunch.
