Absolutely great hotel, staff all polite and helpful. Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds. We would definitely stay there again. Easy to get too, and having the bonus of a Havester and KFC right next door. A small walk across the road to the bus stop so you can get into town on the night time.

Stayed at Cheltenham for a couple of days lovely hotel wonderful staff did not like paying for parking £8 per 24 hrs Harvester next door which was convienant KFC close by kids loved it busy roundabout but hotel very clean, to get into town bus 94 runs regular. We would go back and stay again.

Rooms not designed for wheelchair users if you can’t transfer, shower is over a bath , very little to hold onto for toilet which is just a standard type

I travelled to Cheltenham for work and i decidet to stay at the Travelodge hotel because well positioned and very closed to the M5. Room spacious and comfortable. Ollie at the reception been an absolute star. He helps me with all my enquiries. Very professional

Ollie on reception was super helpful and very friendly. Excellent customer service all round. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed, extra bedding was available to hand, super clean bathroom And the lighting was perfect. Despite the room being right in the roundabout you couldn’t hear the traffic.

A good example for Travelodge. This was my second recent stay. I have been impressed with how friendly , polite and helpful all the reception staff are, My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I had no issues with noise. There is paid parking and a Harvester and KFC close. The location is just off M5 11 exit The rate I paid was also very good.

The almost compulsory parking charge was not obvious when booking at this out of town site. It was buried 2 pages down on the we site. It was not highlighted as an optional extra

Prepay parking is the better option on the web, and better pricing. Coffee shop and KFC Neighbouring and large supermarket nearby

This travel lodge is in a great location just of the M5 and plenty of eating venues around with a pub and Kentucky attached. The rooms are smart and beds comfortable and the staff very helpful plenty of paid parking we will definitely stay here again
