The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Not much to say poor night's sleep due to fan like noise coming from a vent had everything turned of air con toilet fan ect still continuous, Food was made well just poor ingredients so well done to chef on presentation, wasn't aware you had to upgrade pay if you actually wanted to use WiFi as standard was super slow

Excellent location for enjoying Cheltenham. NCP car parking an easy suitcase-push away. What more is there to say? However the review has to be longer, so I'll say that this Premier Inn had the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfy mattress that I expect.

Great stay in this Premier Inn. We opted for a Premier Inn plus room which was comfortable and had some nice extras - good coffee machine and the fridge was useful as well. Comfortable beds. Really clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff at check in, the bar and breakfast time. Car park is convenient - NCP car park which is a very short walk through the Brewery Quarter. Main selling point is the location. Located within Brewery Quarter, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants and there is plenty to do. The hotel is also well located for the town centre and everything we wanted to do/see was only a short walk away. We will definitely stay again.

The room lovely, the continental breakfast not good as I had to ask for items every morning, which should be filled constantly and croissants had to wait 20 minutes because they had to cook them even tho there was between an hour to two hours before breakfast finished

Clean and tidy. Super comfy bed and the location is fabulous. Parking is across the road at an NCP and short walk away from the hotel. One of the lifts was broken so the service was quite slow using just one lift. There was a scaffolding outside the hotel but we have been pre-warned of that via an email and did not affect our view. The corridors are quite creaky, but luckily we were at the very end of the corridor so we were not disturbed by people walking past.

Fantastic service, super friendly staff everytime. The room is comfortable and the Internet is more than good enough. Lainey always has a smile on her face which reflects onto the staff. The location is great as it's right next to The Brewery Quarter with several places to eat and drink.

I’ve been staying at this hotel now for the past 3 weeks due to work and I don’t have any complaints. lainey and the team are very professional and polite and always make sure you have a good stay Would definitely recommend staying here if in Cheltenham
