My husband had booked this stay as a surprise for my birthday. From the moment we turned into the drive, I was blown away. The staff from beginning to the end of our stay were delightful. We were really pleased with the service from Jonathon and Connor. The food was extremely tasty and well cooked. Presentation was spot on. We had a bridal suite with a massive bed. I had to send a search party out to find my husband LOL. Elemis complementary bathroom smellies too. The building is beautiful. Lot's of lovely woodwork, though a little tired in places. Absolutely loved the staircase. We did hear that the Hotel is coming under new management at the end of March. We really hope that the hotel still has the same feel, when we hopefully visit again. Nice garden to walk around and being in the country try, no light pollution either, so we were able to see the stars clearly. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.

I can't give Wyke Hill House a rating because we didn't even make it.I booked for a relaxing evening for my wife's birthday via Secret Escapes to include evening dinner so we didn't have to go out scouting around for a meal. They have today notified me that they are no longer doing evening meals but we can still stay on Bed and Breakfast basis. However the deal with Secret Escapes included £35 per head meal allowance and a half bottle of champagne, the reduction allowance offered by Wyke Hill House was £50, how do you make that equate. I have had to put March as when we travelled to satisfy the requirement when we should have been travelling on the 7th of April I have also had to put a 1 star rating as it would not accept 0
